集装箱提单主要条款

集装箱提单除其正面内容外通常还订有正面条款与背面条款 

1)、正面条款通常有：

a) 确认条款——表明承运人是在箱子外表状况良好、铅封完整下接货、交货

 b) 承诺条款——表明正式签发的正本提单是运输合同成立的证明， 对承、 托双方都有约束 力。

 c) 签署条款——表明承运人签发正本提单的份数及各份提单具有相同的效力； 凭其中一份 正本交货后，其余各份作废。
